How do credits work?
Every video costs credits. A clip of about 8 seconds costs 10 (Fast), 20 (Standard), 40 (Premium), 80 (Ultra) credits; special formats like the Hotel Lobby duo show their price on the card. New accounts get 20 free credits once.
What if a video fails?
If a generation fails, the credits for that video go back to your account automatically. You only pay for videos you get.
Are the videos labelled as AI?
Yes. When reelr posts to TikTok for you, every post carries TikTok's AI-generated content label. If you download a video and post it yourself, please label it as AI-generated as well.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos go into your own upload folder and are only used to make the videos you ask for. Use your own photos, or photos of adults who agreed to be in the video; you confirm this before you create. Photos of celebrities or minors are not allowed.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime from your account settings. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
Do I need a plan to start?
No. Sign up, use your 20 free credits, and buy a credit pack or a plan only if you want more.
